在外企面试中自我介绍是非常重要的一个能力体现环节,但是很多人都不是特别的重视，如何在有限的时间内让对方知道自己的大部分主要资料，然后让对方可以很好的接受自己、招纳自己，这就是做一段精彩的自我介绍的目的!
一、接到面试通知后，最好在家打个自我介绍的草稿，然后试着讲述几次，自我感觉一下;当然也必须要企业的各方面情况都进行了解，同时对自己的介绍话也必须要想好退路，面试官可能会根据你的诉述提什么问题，这些问题自己又将怎样回答呢?
比如有些人在自我介绍时会说自己有过什这样那样的工作经历，而当问到在这些过程中可能问题的解决办法，自己却一句话答不上来。这明显是自己在打自己的嘴巴啊!如果自己真的做过那个工作就一定面对过那样的难题，即使不是特别的能一下讲清楚，也不至于会一下子懵了。如果遇到这种情况，你的面试肯定也注定了是个失败的面试。
二、自我介绍时首先应该礼貌的做个极简单的开场白，并向面试官示意。如果面试考官在关注其他事物，可以稍微等一下，等他回转过来后再开始，不然会让人觉得你很紧张，因为你的行为表现了你想很快的结束属于这一分钟。
开场打招呼看是很小的事，却很能从中看出面试者的基本道德素质，同时也可以给在场的人留下一个很好的印象。
三、注意掌握时间，如果一分钟下来你什么都没有说，或者你说的根本不是面试官所在意的，只能让面试官觉得你什么都不会，或者你的口才真的很差，连基本的表达能力都达不到。自我介绍是面试中很关键的部分，自己所讲的话要一定要让人听懂其中的重点，所以思路要清晰、明了。一分钟自我介绍对有一些经历的人来说绝对不是很长，时间不会过多，但怕就怕时间没掌握好。
四、还有一个大多数人都会犯的低级错误，介绍的时候过多的停留在诸如姓名、工作经历、奖励、时间等;这些东西在你的简历上都有，说了只是浪费自己仅有的宝贵的一分钟。我们应该更多的谈一些跟你所应聘职位有关的工作经历和所取得成就，以证明你确实有能力胜任你所应聘的工作。
五、自我介绍时应该注意的关于自己的一些细节问题。在做我自介绍时，眼睛千万不要东张西望、四处游离，显得漫不经心的样子，这会给人做事随便、注意力不集中的感觉，但也不能长久注视目不转睛。
六、在结束的时候要记得说声谢谢，这也可以加深面试官对自己的'印象，短短的自我介绍是为之后的面谈而做的铺垫。
