good afternoon，ladies and gentlemen！
i’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech！ to begin with ，i want to ask a question 。does everybody dream a good dream last night？ actually ，today i want to talk about dream with you。 of course， what i want to talk is not a dream you have last night，but a dream—— about life。
everyone has dreams about life， different dreams at different life stage，and we need dreams to support us。 dreams are like the stars we never reach in the sky，but like most mariners，we can chart our course by them。 with the dream，we have a direction，with a direction， we were no longer confused。with the dream， there is hope，with hope， we have the strength to fight。
i have a dream： to be a doctor。，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients。 may let the human change the health。 at the same time， i believed that， those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully。 therefore， i hoped in the near future ，i might be a doctor。
but i know，life is tough，and there are always ups and downs， maybe we fail in the way to our aims，and we may feel depressed ，whenever at this time， the dream in our heart can always comfort us， encourage us ，and support us to move ahead 。
young！fortunately， i am young now。 just due to it， i know that nothing is impossible。i firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way。 if i can't realize my dream，it result from that i haven't work harder enough and i won't find other excuses。 if no people believe you， you can make it to prove that you are right。 if you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here， you can become the god and create the truth。
"my breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow， my sword is famous in kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains。" at some time in the past i also had am bitious words and i had some achievements。 each achievement results from my hard work。 i always believe that "if you want to have more achievements than others， you must work harder。" in some extent， the dream is the hope。 if you can insist on doing something， the victory will come。
hold fast to dreams， for if dreams die， life is a broken—winged bird that cannot fly。 hold fast to dreams， for when dreams go， life is a barren field frozen with snow。 so my dear friends， think of your old and maybe dead dreams。 whatever it is， pick it up and make it alive from today。 let's——— move ————out！

你们好！
我们的人生并不是一条平坦的阳光大道，路上有黑暗，我们的心会迷失。这时候，我们就需要一盏灯引导我们走出迷宫。而那盏灯，就是我们的梦想。
今天，我们在这里谈论梦想，或大或小。但我不想说什么梦想世界和平，梦想坏境美好的空话。于我而言，此时此刻看，我只想与你们谈论自己的未来。
我有一个梦想，梦想我有一辆车，一辆能坐下四个人的车，拉着我最好的友人奔向大海。一路上我们听着激情澎湃的歌，开着无关痛痒的`玩笑，轮番地开着夜车。饿了，去路边陌生但有特色的饭馆吃饭；累了，去干净的旅馆做一个悠长的梦。等到达一望无际的大海。在夜晚的沙滩上生起篝火，我们围坐在火堆旁嬉笑打闹。喝着啤酒，红通通的脸上都是肆无忌惮的的笑，对着叠着影子的月亮歇斯底里地喊着。没有忌讳，没有拘谨，因为我们是最好的朋友！
我有一个梦想，梦想以后能再见到许久没有联系的朋友们，和他们聊聊那个时候的事情，那个时候的人都过得好不好。想找个机会坦诚地告诉他们，这辈子能和你做朋友很幸福！
我有一个梦想，梦想以后进入社会，我身边的人不会那么功利，不会那么自私。梦想自己有一天不会为了金钱而去施计陷害，不会为了利益而弄丢单纯的快乐，不会让朋友看到穷凶极恶的我而敬而远之。
我有一个梦想，从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，不再承受身外目光，不必在意他人的评价，为自己活着；从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，做喜欢的事情，爱最亲近的人，抛弃伪装的面具，不再束缚情感的空间；从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，卸下所有的负担，忘却曾经的疼痛，抚平心灵的创伤，让自己活得轻松而充盈。从今天开始，看书、写字、唱歌、涂鸦，给每一个日子取一个温暖的名字，做一个赏心悦目的人。
我有一个梦想，就是单纯的充实的过着每一天。
你们可能会笑我的梦想太过平庸。可是无论是什么样的梦想，都不是一种简简单单的口号，它更是一种实际的行动！梦想，是生命中最有意义的一种信仰。梦想，就是不相信命运就等于命+运，相信除了你自己，没有人能书写你的命运。
我们要相信，其实天不暗，阴云终要散；其实海不宽，此岸连彼岸；其实路不险，条条路可攀；其实梦想不遥远，一切都会实现……不论多么伟大抑或是多么平淡无奇的理想，也要不断的向上！
汪国真在文章中写道：“只要春天还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使黑夜吞噬了一切，太阳还可以重新回来；只要生命还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使陷身茫茫沙漠，还有希望的绿洲的存在；只要明天还在，我就不会悲哀，冬雪终会悄悄融化融化，春雷定将滚滚而来。”
所以，当你有一个美丽的梦想时，记住一定要勇往直前，只有你尽力了，才有资格说你运气不好。我相信，多年后的那个你，一定会感谢现在拼命努力的你！

亲爱的同学们、老师们：
大家好！
我们是一群来自华南理工的理工科学生，作为一名理工科学生，想要排出一场轰轰烈烈的话剧确实是一件非常困难的事情。因为我们既没有文学院的才情，也没有史学院的稳重，更没有法学院的口才。有的只是一群只会编计算机程序、会做受力分析和画电路图的毛头小子。
但是这些对话剧并没有帮助，于是我们就尝试改行，或自愿或被逼着改变自己。
最终编程序的同学变成了编剧、受力分析的同学变成了动作指导，画电路图的同学变成了化妆师。
但我们也有我们固有的优势，理工学校男女比例严重失调，男生多女生少，排练起来可以随意粗线条，没有那么麻烦。
开个玩笑，其实我想说的是，一群理科生排话剧，要比专业团体甚至是文科生付出更多的努力。
或许最后的结果并不是尽如人意，但我们并不在乎，我觉得大学生话剧最重要的并不是最后的结果，而是过程。
我们不怕失败，因为我们还年轻，我们有失败的资本，除了生命，没有什么是我们输不起的，即使真那么不幸我们输了，我们还有那句话：大不了从头再来。
我们不看重成功，因为我们是一群追梦的孩子，无论最后我们成功的景象有多么辉煌，在人生的旅程中也只会一瞬而已。可是过程带给你的回忆却可能深深的埋入你的心灵深处并伴随着你的一生。
在我们的剧组里，有已经毕业几年的师兄，也有刚刚加入到剧社的07级新生，他们在这段时间里，有的人每天上班工作，有的人为保研东奔西跑，有的人身兼多职每天累到吐血，有的人每天要做几个小时的公车来排练，有的人排完练还要做功课画图睡眠时间只有几个小时。当有人累了，有人委屈了，有人想放弃了的时候，我们都会用这样一句话相互鼓励：你可以的，你不是一般人！
说实话，各位都想成功，起码这是对自己努力的一种回报，但是，各位也都深深的明白一点，无论我们成功与失败，明天的太阳依然会升起，地球依然会继续公转与自转，而我们尚未完全成熟的心灵，却永远的被这一段难忘经历牢牢牵住了。
喜欢写话剧，并非梦想着有一天也能写出像《暗恋桃花源》一样经典的剧本，被世人称赞。
喜欢演话剧，也并非梦想着有一天能站在人艺的舞台上和众多专业的老师一起演出《雷雨》。
我们的`梦或许很小很简单。
我们写话剧或许就是因为和别人打的一次赌，我们演话剧或许就是为了在心爱的女孩面前有一次表现的机会，可那又怎样呢？谁没做过梦呢？当有一天我长大了，当有一天我老了，我可以骄傲的问我正在上大学的儿子甚至是孙子：我上大学时候身高不到1米7都敢上台演男主角，你敢么？
我想我是幸福的，因为我有一群追梦的伙伴，有一群为我们提供梦想舞台的老师和领导，虽然这次大戏节已经闭幕了，但这正是个开端，我们要用我们的手，用我们努力，把更多更多没有机会站在这里的人的梦想搬上舞台，让更多更多的人能够像我们一样，完成自己的梦想。
我坚信：心有多大，舞台就有多大！

it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world， change ourselves。
it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day， while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected。 not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ，because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture。
frankly speaking， i don’t quite agree with them。indeed， we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions。 (examples)。but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture。
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china。 on the one hand， some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful， such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc。 on the other hand，the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china。 overwhelmed by such a trend，chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture。
with the further development of the whole world， the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important。 we are indeed from different nations， but we are the citizens of the same world， so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth。the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no。 what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture。 only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture。 only by educating can we preserve and promote the wealth that our ancesters left for us。
at last i’d like to share a famouse saying of gandhi with all of you ，that is:if you want to change the world， then you must change yourself first。”
