飞鸟在空中翱翔，不怕风吹雨打，蓝天是它的梦想;鱼儿在水中畅游，不怕激流险滩，我想，那是它心中的一个梦想。而我的梦想是当上班长。今天，作为班长的候选人，我的心情十分激动，法国总统拿破仑曾经说过“不想当将军的士兵就不是好士兵”，所以也想借这个机会锻炼自己的能力，发扬我们班的班风。
我相信我有当好班长的能力，因为我曾经当过体育委员，我是班上的跑步种子选手，跳绳跳得快，差不多各个体育项目我都会;我还当过语文委员，收好组员的作业，并做好登记，从来不会包疪别人，有一定的管理经验。我有集体观念感，以大局为重，当班级被表扬时，我十分高兴并带领同学继续发扬;当班级某个方面有缺陷时，我会和大家一起改正，力求做得更好。我利用周末时间在外参加跆拳道，奥数和作文，这些可以说是我的特长，因为我学跆拳道有一年半的时间了，而且我曾多次在区，市里参加表演和比赛，获得大多数人的好评。我十分喜爱看书，我会运用学过的知识和方法创建一个优秀的班集体。
如果我竞选成功，我会尽心尽力帮助同学，为班级出谋划策，努力做好老师得力的小助手。当同学有困难时，我会婉言相劝，化解矛盾，使他们友好往来;我会组织一些活动，想一些有趣又好玩的游戏。并且改正自身存在的种种缺点，做好同学们的领头雁。如果我竞选失败，我也不会气馁，这说明我与这个职务还有一定的差距，我会静下心去找差距，并在今后日子里，努力拼搏，缩小差距，为班级做好事，争取下一次竞选成功。
