When I was a little girl,I often acted like a teacher to teach other children .And my parents even brought a blackboard and boxes of chalks.If you have seen my acting,you would say maybe I am a teacher fan.And at that time,when adults asked me what would I want to be ,I would proudly say my dream is being a teacher. In a child’s eyes,being a teacher is fatastic.
Thanks for all the teachers who taught me, from them ,I find the same features are that teachers likes candles,devoting their whole life to give light;or teachers like gardeners,planting beautiful flowers;or teachers like the land ,sowing seeds of hope??I choose normal major because it’s a glorious and holy career.
When I steeped into the university compus,the deepest impression in my mind is the mottothat Great learning makes a teacher,but moral integrity makes a model.It means that knowledge is not enough,the more important is that behavior.So during the 4 years,I studied hard,and improve myself on behavior，making the perpare of the future job.
After graduated,I became a country teacher
successfully.From the start,what faced with me is poor conditions.Naturally,I frustrated and comfused.
In the first year,I taught class2,grade2.as a Chinese teacher .At the beginning,I couldn’t adapt to the job well because of my English major.But it was the application the school provide for me.So I had to accept.To be a good teacher,I asked experienced Chinese teacher,and listened many good classes and read many books on Chinese teaching.Fortunately,at the end of the year,the students’ results were good,so I felt a little sense of achievement.
In the second year, I worked as a homeroom teacher of
class2,grade 6,as well as Chinese and English teacher.And I accepted this job as a big challenge. In my class,there are 51 students,and a majorty of them are left-behind children who take care of by their grandfather or grandmother.So it is so hard to forcus them into study.But I am aware of that love is the most important key to let them make progress.What I need to do isloving them,then they will feel warm and stimulate themselves to study hard.
My dream accompany with me 10 years.And I strongly
believe if I work harder, my future will no doultly be more bright. Now I am just a small boat in the education sea,but once it set,my voyage must be more and more wonderful!

People often say: “Teacher is the engineer of human spirit”. So I was soproud to become a teacher when I graduated from the university. As a newteacher, I felt good and confident at first. Because the knowledge of middleschool was so easy. I had thought that I could do better even though I didn’tprepare for the lessons. But that day a little boy named Yu Fangzheng changed mymind completely . I remembered that I taught a topic about sports in Grade 7. Atbeginning, the students were very active. Because this topic was familiar tothem. But suddenly, a boy asked me how to play basketball and the rules of it.At that moment, I couldn’t say a word. Because I had no interest in sports in mydaily life and before the class I also didn’t prepare for it. I was soembarrassed and didn’t know what I should do. At that moment, Yu Fangzheng stoodup and told the rules, even though the history of the basketball. This thingaffects me deeply.
