The first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.
A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. We’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning, “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, let’s be the owners of ourselves, and speak out “We are the world, we are the future.”

我们所有人都希望未来能比过去更美好，但是未来能自己变得更好。不要因为结束而哭泣，微笑吧，为你的曾经拥有。从过去来看，生活是艰苦的，但我们是更坚强。我们知道我们不能选择感觉，但是我们能选择和它相关的东西。失败并不意味着你不拥有成功，它只意味着你应该用另一种方式去做这件事。失败并不意味着你应该放弃，只意味着你应该更加努力。

Mtakes and errors are the dciplined true which we advance in life. Mtakes are great teachers. Success es to those who are willing to rk making mtakes in the pursuit of their goals and aspirations,and who are able to learn from those mtakes. And in order to learn from mtakes you must be willing to pay for them.
Mtakes can be enormously valuable,but when you try to get others to pay for your mtakes,then you deprive yourself of the opportunity to learn from them. When something goes wrong,it's usually very easy to find someone else to blame,but what does that really acplh?
Much of the value of mtakes es from the fact that they demand a cost that must be paid. The person who learns the most from a mtake the person who pays the price for that mtake.
When you make a mtake,the lastthing you want to do run away from it. You need to accept it because you can learn a lot from it. The mtake has been made,so make the most of it. Pay the price,learn the lesson,and grow that much stronger.
When you make a mtake,don't look back at it long. Remember the reason for it,and then look forward. Mtakes are lessons of wdom. The past cannot be changed. The present still in your power. Take full advantage of your mtakes to achieve your goals and aspirations.

my tea is gone cold i’m wondering why i got out of bad at all. the morning rain clouds up my window and i can’t see at all.
and even if i could it’ll all be gray, but your picture on my wall, it remains me that is not so bad.
i’m sure that there are many people in this world are very easily affected by weather or surrounding environments.this kind of people is every emotional, they maybe meet occasionally ineffable sadness, even cannot tell a reason.
i think of a few solutions to this problem.
first of all, when you find out that you are not in the mood to do anything but feeling sad, the first thing you have to do is keep yourself busy.listening a cheerful song would be helpful, at the same time, find something else to do, like cleaning the house, go out for a jogging.
just put yourself in a cheerful and bright environment, nurture some flowers in your room, or keep a pet, the vibrant plants or animal is always a key to open a happy door.
second, think in a positive way. many people are tending to think the problem in a bad way, but in fact, things are not always as bad as they think.
it is been proved that if people think in the bad side, they are unlikely find the way to solute the problem and feel worse.
we should see the bright side while we are in the bad situation, which make us ensure everything is possible, and everything will get better. then our mood will not be effected by the predicament。
in a world, to be a positive person is not that difficult, since we can master our mind, we should choose a positive over passive. then life will be better.

Assuming that you have all obtained employment and are fairly started'my advice to you “aim high".I would not give a fig for the young man who does not already see himself the partner or the head of an important firm.Do not rest content for a moment in your thoughts as head clerk'or foreman'or general manager in any concern'no matter how extensive.Say to yourself ,“My place at the top." Be king in your dreams.
And here the prime condition of success'the great secret:concentrate your energy'thought'and capital exclusively upon the business in which you are engaged.Having begun in one line'resolve to fight it out on that line'to lead in it'adopt every improvement'have the best machinery'and know the most about it.
The concerns which fail are those which have scattered their capital'which means that they have scattered their brains also.They have investments in th'or that'or the other'here there'and everywhere.“Don't put all your eggs in one basket." all wrong.I tell you to “put all your eggs in one basket'and then watch that basket." Look round you and take notice'men who do that not often fail.It easy to watch and carry the one basket.It trying to carry too many baskets,which break most eggs in th country.He who carries three baskets must put one on h head'which apt to tumble and trip him up.One fault of the American businessman lack of concentration.
To summarize what I have said:aim for the highest;never enter a bar room;do not touch liquor'or if at all only at meals;never speculate;never indorse beyond your surplus cash fund;make the firm's interest yours;break orders always to save owners;concentrate;put all your eggs in one basket'and watch that basket;expenditure always within revenue;lastly'be not impatient'for as Emerson says'“no one can cheat you out of ultimate success but yourselves."
